John S. Vardavas, Jr., CPA, CVA

John is a co-founder of Vardavas & Concannon, P.A. and heads up the firm's Business Valuation and Analytical Services Division, which provides "non-traditional" services to clients such as:

- Forensic Analysis
- Litigation Support
- Business Plans
- Business Acquisitions/Sales

With over 24 years experience in public accounting, John works closely with business owners and their professional advisors in planning proactive business and aggressive tax strategies. Additionally, he provides financial and accounting services to closely held businesses and their principals such as:

- Developers and contractors
- Printers and manufacturers
- Retail and service companies
- Professional corporations such
       as doctors, lawyers, engineers and surveyors

John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ABV Practitioners.

John is a cum laude graduate of Towson State University and holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.
